Q. Do you charge for coming out to see if something can be repaired?
A. No, we only charge if we actually carry out a repair and that repair is effective. If something cannot be repaired we shall let you know.
Q. Do you charge more for emergency call outs?
A. Not normally, but call us out at 2am in the morning and as you might expect we will be charging extra.
Q. If we ask you to do some work, how soon can you carry it out?
A. That depends. If it’s and emergency we will be there straight away. If it’s for a repair we will be there as soon as possible. If it’s for and installation or servicing we will arrange a mutually convenient time.
Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. All our work is guaranteed for 12 months and if we’ve supplied the parts they are guaranteed for 12 months too (this is in addition to any guarantee provided by a manufacturer).
Q. If I buy all the parts for a job, can you provide a quote for labour only?
A. Yes we can.
Q. Are you Corgi registered?
A. No, Corgi is no longer the body that is responsible for gas safety in this country, that role has been taken over by the Gas Safe Register. Our Gas Safe number is 536695
